I have been seeing these lazy Susan centerpieces around and I thought this would be a great update to our dining room table! I did a little research and found that the best way to do this is just a few things from a hardware store.
15 inch round from LowesI ordered this lazy susan ball bearing turntable from Home DepotI stained the wood round with a rag. I did one coat.I gave it two coats of polyurethane. I marked with a pencil using the turntable as a guide and drilled pilot holes.I had small screws laying around and those worked out perfectly for screwing the turntable to the wood round.Instead of using another wood piece for the bottom, I used felt furniture pads and stuck them to the four corners.I turned it over and that’s it! It’s perfect! You could take a circuit and put a name or personalized saying but I decided to leave it simple and plain.
A perfect centerpiece for my table! I purchased the napkin holder and salt and pepper from Target. Click for the links. I am super happy with how this easy project turned out.
