Sunflower cake for Easter!

I am not a cook…or a baker…but I like to have fun trying .  I wanted to have my 2.5 year old daughter help with a fun recipe on pinterest–a Sunflower cake! This one was made with Peeps so that is why it has to be made around Easter time.

I enjoy trying new ways of making sweets so they’re not sooo bad for you.  This cake is actually a brownie that is gluten and dairy free! The frosting is a cashew cream base and is also dairy free and yummy.  You can just use any cake recipe and any frosting recipe you want.
